This policy explains how Platoria collects, uses, stores and protects information from restaurants, administrative users, end customers and site visitors.

Platoria is a technology platform for restaurants that helps manage orders, digital menus, operational reports, kitchen, waiter, cashier and business analytics.

We may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to measure visits, conversions and campaign effectiveness. This may include tools such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel, server-side conversion events, Google Analytics or other measurement platforms.

These tools may receive technical information such as the URL visited, the event performed, browser identifiers, advertising cookies, IP, device and data required for ad attribution, in accordance with their own policies.

When a restaurant enables online payments, Platoria may integrate with external providers such as Wompi. Platoria does not store full card data. Payment processing is performed by the payment provider, under its own security and privacy policies.

Operational information may be kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, enable historical reports, comply with legal obligations or fulfill restaurant requests. Historical retention plans may vary according to the configuration contracted by each restaurant.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information only when necessary to operate the platform, provide support, process payments, analyze campaigns, comply with the law or by instruction of the restaurant that uses Platoria.

End-customer data belongs to the restaurant that receives the order and is processed to enable the provision of the service.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including role-based access controls, cloud infrastructure, per-restaurant separation and security practices to reduce unauthorized access, loss or improper modification of data.

9. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects may request access, update, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or information about the use of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
